Food and beverage service, also known as F&B service, is the name for offering dining or drinks to customers. Food and beverage services can be any situation within hospitality or a wider industry . This division includes food and beverage serving activities providing complete meals or drinks fit for immediate consumption, whether in traditional restaurants, self-service or take-away restaurants, whether as permanent or temporary stands with or without seating. Food and beverage services can be any situation within hospitality or a wider industry where people are provided with food and drinks.This can include restaurants, bars, catering, cafeterias, and food delivered to people through room service at hotels.

It Includes:-

  • Operation of Canteens in Factories:-:- Under Section 46, if a factory employs more than 250 workers, it is mandatory to provide a canteen. We instruct our students how to plan, organize, control and evaluates the needs of the canteen. The Canteen coordinator directs the canteen staff and volunteers on matters related to day to day management of the canteen & Ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Operation of Canteens in Offices:- The primary goal of a Office Canteen is to support employee well-being and satisfaction by ensuring access to quality, nutritious food during the workday. We provide all these managing facilities to our students.
  • Operation of Canteens in Hospitals:- The Hospital has a well-equipped Catering Facility for Patients, their Relatives, Doctors & Staff and even for any walk in person. The primary aspect of canteen is to provide quality and hygienically safe food to all who come in. , maintenance of nutritional status and rising up to the nutritional challenges in response to the metabolic demands is the prime objectives of any hospital food service.We trained our students for these nutritional services.
  • Operation of Canteens in Schools:- Food Business Operators (FBOs) operating within schools actively must have an FSSAI license for canteens. This license actively serves as a testament to compliance with food safety standards and actively assures parents and school authorities of the quality and safety of food provided to students.This service also aims to provide students with balanced nutrition.
